All orders in Ireland are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification when it has shipped.

European and UK Orders

North America

Holiday Shipping
Due to the holidays, shipping companies will usually have a high volume of shipping traffic. Shipping companies will require additional time to deliver. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 5 business days for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales.chictote@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If any of your selected carriers fall into this category, please refer to their policy regarding P.O. Box deliveries.

Duties and Taxes
Import taxes are implemented by your local government to mostly (but not only) protect your local economy and regulate international trade.
Clearing customs and paying import taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. Chic Tote cannot be held responsible for customs procedures or if taxes of any kind are charged to you upon delivery of your purchase.
Please bear in mind that import taxes differ from shipping costs added to your order before you confirm your purchase. Import taxes do not go to Chic Tote and are usually collected by the carrier on behalf of your local customs authorities.
