Exchange and Return Policy

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly complete the online refund request form within 2 days of receiving the product. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 48 hours. In order to be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging and tags intact. 

Please note that all shipping fees resulting from the returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. Any additional fees or transportation costs not previously authorized will be deducted from the refund. Please remember that we reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the item(s) do not meet the specified return conditions or if the return is initiated beyond the designated time frame.

Please be aware that all exchanged/returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, without any damage, for a refund or exchange to be processed. Please fill out your information on the "Exchange and Return" card and include it with your exchange/return item.
